Terms of Service

FlipScan is an AI-powered tool that helps you identify items from photos, view market and pricing context, and prepare and publish listings on eBay when you choose to connect your seller account. Features and availability may change over time.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Use FlipScan only in compliance with applicable laws, eBay's policies, and our acceptable use expectations (no fraud, spam, malware, scraping that violates our or others' terms, or attempts to disrupt the service).
• You are solely responsible for your eBay account, including credentials, seller performance, listing content you publish, taxes, shipping, returns, and compliance with eBay's rules. FlipScan does not operate the eBay marketplace for you.
• Photos and uploads. You represent that you have the right to upload the images and content you provide. You are responsible for their legality, accuracy, and for not infringing others' rights. You grant FlipScan the rights reasonably needed to run the service (for example processing images and generating listing text).

Paid plans, if offered, are billed through Stripe. Fees, renewal terms, and payment methods are shown at checkout or in your account. By subscribing, you authorize charges according to the plan you select.

You may cancel or manage your subscription through the billing options we provide (for example Stripe's customer portal or in-app settings where available). Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. We do not guarantee refunds except as required by law or our stated refund policy.

FlipScan uses AI and third-party data. We do not guarantee that any listing will be accepted by eBay, rank well, sell, or achieve a particular outcome. Pricing suggestions and market information are informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for your own pricing, listing decisions, and compliance with eBay and the law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to FlipScan if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, abused the service, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we cease offering the product. Where practical, we may provide notice — unless immediate action is required (for example fraud or security issues).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that courts in Missouri have personal jurisdiction for disputes arising from or related to these terms or the service, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections where you reside.
